We had a great time staying here, within walking distance of many activities and the downtown area where we received excellent treatment from the host.

The Urban Den apartment was a dream come true! the fully equipped kitchen had me doing a happy dance. the central location in downtown was perfect for exploring Victoria on foot. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and the Black Ball Ferry was just a short walk away. the check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely choose Urban Den again on my next visit to this vibrant city. Cons: None 🚫.

The location of this place was amazing, close to the downtown area, Victoria, and all the main attractions, and the host made my stay absolutely wonderful.

Spacious suite with laundry facilities, quiet and secure location, central yet peaceful. Margaret, efficient and responsive. Good restaurants nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cozy apartment in downtown. Urban Den exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance and a short stroll to the Black Ball Ferry. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment was well-equipped and had a full kitchen, which was a delightful surprise. It truly felt like a home away from home. Urban Den provided a fantastic experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting this area.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Victoria! The location was perfect, with easy access to amenities and great views from the balcony. The staff was friendly and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that could have been improved were the breakfast offerings. everything else was great and we had a wonderful experience at this condo in Victoria.
